• Log on access to all systems which require NetID authentication including:
• Canvas Learning Management System
• Gmail / Google Apps
After maintenance is marked as complete, employees and students are advised to restart
their computer to clear authentication tokens if they are unable to login to Canvas,
my.emich, Banner or other EMU Services. (Alternatively, one can open a private [incognito]
tab in their browser to login until the invalid token automatically times out.)

This scheduled maintenance affected: Communication & Collaboration Services (Email / Mailing Lists, EMU Today, Google Apps Calendar, Google Apps Docs, Google Apps Drive, Google Apps Gmail, Google Apps Hangouts, Google Apps Maps, Google Apps Sheets, Google Apps Slides, www.emich.edu, Z: Drive), Administrative & Enterprise Systems (Banner ERP, Self Service Banner, Applications Manager, Banner Reporting, ePrint, IRIM), Authentication, Accounts and Passwords (CAS Authentication, ADFS Authentication), my.emich.edu, I.T. Service Desk System, Student and Faculty Services (Canvas, Library Online Services, EMU Mobile), and Network Services (VPN Access).
